Local-content principle
Your working content stays under your control
AiraNote's current local transcription workflow processes speech on your Windows PC. Recordings, transcripts, exports, and personal dictionary entries remain in the folders or local storage used by the application.
Account, licence, device, payment, security, and measured usage data sync online so the service can authenticate your account and apply your plan. The licensing service does not require the spoken audio or transcript text.

Which computers does AiraNote support?
AiraNote is currently a Windows desktop application. Final supported Windows versions and hardware requirements will be published with the downloadable release.
Does AiraNote process dictation offline?
Core speech-to-text processing runs locally on the Windows device. Account verification, subscription management, and optional online services require an internet connection.
Do unused allowances roll over?
No. Word, file-transcription, and related plan allowances reset each month and have no cash value.
How do paid subscriptions renew?
Personal and Professional renew automatically at the monthly or annual interval selected at checkout until cancelled. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access normally continues to the end of the paid period.
Can the Free plan be used for client or business work?
No. Free is for personal, non-commercial evaluation and light personal use. Professional, organisational, client-facing, and revenue-generating use requires a paid plan.
